Heather Tallchief, born in Buffalo, New York lived a largely unhappy life. She followed the punk rock scene and became a crack addict. Later she became a nursing assistant but holding on to jobs was difficult for her. When things couldn’t get much worse, a man 20 years older than her stepped into her life. He seemed like a nice guy to her. She met his mother. He wrote poetry and she said if you met him, you would think he was a very normal guy. But the truth was he did time for murdering an armored car driver years earlier.
